Position: Care giver
Description:
The Care giver for Advocates for the Independent is responsible for providing non-medical home service(s) / care to individuals/seniors and others who require services/care and resources in their own homes. The Home Care Assistant provides individualized services/care and resources to seniors, disabled and others so that they may continue to live in their homes and in the community. Care givers may include transportation, house cleaning, personal hygiene, preparing meals, companionship, and other home, health and wellness related activities.
Care givers will need a tb test and cpr/first aid training to be employed. The caregiver will need reliable transportation. Every care giver will go through a extensive background check.
